Description

This work was created with a layering wash technique. This is a process of layering washes of various colors and thickness, and building up composition using washes, or the effect of washes. I started on top of a pour painting, adding multiple layers of wash upon wash, using varying abstract patterns. This counterintuitive process takes several days to complete and doesn't last more than 10 years.
