Cristina M. Palomares is an interdisciplinary artist. Born in Spain, she moved abroad to study Art and Technology at AAU, Aalborg, Denmark. Since 2016, Cristina has been working with different artistic expressions, especially sound and visual installations in various festivals such as Aalborg Surreal, The Holy Art, or Ars Electronica. At the beginning of 2020 she started researching new ways of expression, focusing on illustration and acrylic painting. Cristina believes that every artistic expression is interrelated, and that by freeing one’s mind from any ideas, the working materials will guide the creative process, letting the artwork reveal itself.
