My heart broke for the people in Afghanistan after the American troops pulled out so suddenly last summer. Images on the news of how women and children were very much at risk made me go to my studio and create. Seeing people sacrifice their lives trying to get them or their loved ones to safety made me want to rescue each one. An organization called “ VictorMarx ministry” helps people in the Middle East and those who suffered from trauma by offering support.
