Juliane von Witten My name is Juliane von Witten and I am from Germany. I have been painting with a lot of passion since the age of 16. It has been always important for me to express and to share my creativity. That is why I worked for many years in the marketing sector. Later on, around 20 years ago, I founded an organization with the aim of helping kids to develop their own creativity. In parallel, in order also to further improve my own work, I have taken several classes and workshops of some inspiring artists in the Alpine region. I mostly use acrylics to create abstract paintings, which are a great way to express my inner feelings. Therefore, all my paintings have in common that they are the result of a very creative and intuitive technique. Rather than having a specific artwork in mind at the beginning, I let my feelings drive my painting process. I start by choosing the colors intuitively, and subsequently I allow my inner feelings to express themselves during the process. This makes every piece unique, as it resembles different emotional patterns. In line with this, I look forward to presenting my artwork at ROMANTICA, and to learning what emotion they will stimulate for the viewer.
