Bio

I was born in 1994 and grew up in a small city in Eastern Hungary. Art has always played an important role in my life, I started drawing and painting at a very early age. I started to take art classes when I was 10, and it became clear that art is what I would like to study and what I want my future profession to be.
After graduating from high school, I moved to the capital to study Arts Management at IBS Budapest and continued to paint as much as I could in my free time. Currently, I am studying illustration at Corvin Art School.
In the past 8 years I participated in group exhibitions in my hometown, Szarvas, Budapest, and most recently in London. When making art, I like to encapsulate events and emotions that happen to me and make impact on me, which sometimes makes painting pictures feel like keeping a diary and that is the reason why I often portray myself in my paintings. Also, I like to depict surreal scenes in which everything is real and existing if taken out of the context of the painting, but mixed in a picture they become strange and convey a different, more complex message.
