Statement.
I continue to create fantasy herbarium specimens. These fictional plant specimens are crafted primarily from paper. They are imagined as plants living in symbiosis with minerals, absorbing their chemical composition and thus developing leaves and flowers that reflect the colors and appearances of those minerals. My practice is inspired by the messages I receive from the beauty of life and plants, as well as from minerals, which I see as fragments of the earth.
