Description
This piece is special to me because I did it the same time as I painted “Crying Out For Freedom”. We had lost 13 honorable, US Service members in the pullout and Americans, especially military veterans, we’re very angry and upset. This painting is to honor those lives that were given as a sacrifice to serve their country. It’s because of them, that we are free.
