Bio
Gustaf Elias (b. 1994)
Autodidactic professional photographer, artist and designer. Holding a bachelor degree in art history and visual cultures, paired with studies in architecture, economics and liberal arts, that have contributed with an extensive knowledge, multilateral thinking, but foremost the develop-ment of an own aesthetic vision. Colors, shapes and visual expressions have fascinated since childhood, though a big part of his artistic photographic realm today focuses one the black and white. His photographic endeavours began in music photography, where a great passion still evolves and inspires the rest of his aesthetic expressions. Beyond music they span multiple fields and questions, but centers primarily around stage expressions, the iconic, emotional convey-ance, and an exploration of the borderland between reality and imaginary worlds. Added to this are often poetic and philosophical discussions about existence and visual cultures. In 2020 he met with Jenny Esbjörnsson, and the two now work as a creative team on a variety of artistic projects.
Jenny Esbjörnsson (b. 1998)
Artist and architectural student, who since young years has nurtured an artistic interest. From the start the drawing, especially the pencil drawing has been central. However, acrylic painting as well as digital tools, are often used mediums in her work today. She finds inspiration in na-ture and moments of solitude. Her work is centered around creating something for someone ot-her rather than herself. It’s not the creating in itself, but the reception of the creation in others, that drives her. A successful background and education in economics and sales broadens her outlooks on the world as well as the artistic world, and has become a creative practice in itself. Jenny is in the emergence of her professional creative career, turning her childhood interest and long curated talent into making artistic expressions and work on a professional basis. In 2020 she met with Gustaf Elias, and the two now work as a creative team on a variety of artistic pro-jects.
