Bio.
Born in Okayama Prefecture in 1984, he is the founder and director of Hachi Co., Ltd., a studio specializing in photography and video production.

Fascinated by special effects and fantasy films from an early age, he developed a deep interest in video and began creating artwork using Photoshop during his student years. While studying CG design at a vocational school, he discovered a passion for photography and began working at a commercial photography studio. After gaining over 12 years of experience in advertising photography, he became independent.

Rooted in his native Okayama, his artistic practice explores a form of photographic expression that transcends conventional definitions of photography. In addition to his creative work, he contributes to camera magazines and serves as a photography instructor for photo tours and public events.

He has received numerous international accolades, including awards from the New York ADC and the New York Photography Awards. His major publications include “Illustrated Guide to Taking Pictures of Famous Places” and “Seven Pieces of Landscape Photography” (both published by Impress Co., Ltd.).
