“This work expresses a mother holding her son, who is finally able to hold his head up, with great care, and her overflowing love for him. The mother's skin color is orange to emphasize the mother's tenderness and warmth. The son's skin is mainly white with pink tones to express the cuteness of a baby. By using a brownish background, we depicted the mother's receptiveness to her son. We hope to convey the free love that a mother pours out to her son.”
