Kiyomi Tanaka is a Japanese artist born in Osaka in 1951 who currently lives and works in Takarazuka. In 2006 she began painting by completing an unfinished painting of her husband that he had left at the end of his life. At first, like him, she painted travel landscapes and family portraits as a hobby.
In 2018 and 2020 she was selected to Le Salon in France, a gateway to success for young artists, bringing her art to an international level.

"My style is not limited to realistic works such as portraits and landscapes, which are my origins, but also includes abstract works and a variety of other styles.
Recently I have painted many family portraits of mothers and children.
