Not just external change, marking the passage of time as finite beings with an ”expiration date,“ but above all, constant internal change: every event, every person we meet, even fleetingly, and every experience, whether painful, formative, or one of pure joy, changes us profoundly and is a driving force to evolve, so we are never the same person we were yesterday.”
