Description:
“Artak” is inspired by Armenian Humanitarian and former Human Rights defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, a man who lost his sight during the first Artsakh war, and to this day is helping indigenous Armenians. In the painting, he is standing in front of a Maternity Ward destroyed by the Azeri Army, fighting, even tired, for the salvation of his homeland.
