These works use several data points as seeds to drive the creation of an abstract sculptural portrait (sphereneb). The colours present in these portraits are derived from a real-world ink painting that has been scanned into the computer and then its colour sampled and merged with the sculpture as part of the algorithm. These pieces are merely 2d renders of the 3d virtual sculpture.
