Vera Alexandrov skilfully portrays the subtle patterns that exist in our surroundings, high-lighting the intricate and distinctive qualities of both nature and human forms. Her work is a celebration of the innate beauty of existence, conveyed through the use of color, texture, and movement. Vera's passion for flowers, which she discovers in her flower garden, or while exploring local botanical gardens, is evident in her art. Also, as a result of many years training as a rhythmic gymnast, Vera developed the appreciation for the graceful movements of dancers in her paintings. By capturing the essence of subjects in motion, Vera, is able to observe and transfer the perpetual rhythms of life in her art; whether they are expressed through the natural or human form.
