I really enjoyed working on this piece. It came to me as I meditated during my yoga class. At that moment I realized that my stillness and peace come in the form of colors and shapes and that my mind projects art as it is in the core of my existence. ‘Clear your mind of your thoughts’ is a vivid and high contrast piece, painted with bold brush strokes in acrylic paint, spray paint and pastel.
