Géraldine Bard Weinstoerffer was born in 1978 in Geneva, Switzerland. She learned painting on wood in her childhood and colors were always one of her passions. As a medical doctor, she has worked for the past 15 years in internal medicine, hospital and outpatient services.
Imbued with her work, she loves life stories and transformation processes.
She discovered oil painting in 2006, at a painting workshop in Basel (Malinsel-Löwenzahn), and then decided to complete her medical training at an art-therapy school in 2009.
Under the spell of oil painting and the creative process, she began a professional career as a painter in 2019. Now in Alsace she paints and continues her work as a doctor in telemedicine in Basel (Medgate).
