Started as a spare canvas that I brushed extra paint from another project I was working on on until the image revealed itself to me. I saw her on a balcony, overlooking the fields below and I thought of Romeo and Juliet during the balcony scene. I said to myself, ‘That’s Juliet’s Balcony’ which became the title of the piece. It wasn’t something I set out to create, but rather what was revealed to me in due time.
