This series of images was to portray my emotions while I dyed my hair, something as a mother I don’t always have the time to do, and due to my disability, don’t always have the capability after. Between the style, editing and the flowers, it mixes an idea of beauty and exhaustion, blooming and wilting. Adding the foam shape to the image was to help represent this sort of block between my idea, my want and my ability in beauty and simply, taking care of myself.
