This artwork is an invitation to ALL women to find their own voices, and reclaiming their own power over a society that is trying to suppress it.
Their eyes watch and judge us constantly.
Their hands try to constrain us, to tame us and to diminish us.
Since birth we had to endure humiliation, objectification and sexualization even from the ones nearest to us, depriving us of our innocence, of the connection with our own bodies.
Through art and creativity, I’ve found a way out, a way to reclaim my power over the nightmares and the abuses and speak my truth.
