This piece explores themes of sexual liberation and oppression. Through the lens of ancient Rome, a solider and persecuted Christian Gladiator, denoted by his taurogram (cross), are de-picted in a courageous intimate embrace. Irony can be found in the role-reversal of the persecut-ed becoming the modern-day persecutor. However, love will always transcend hate.
