Description: Here in the USA there are "gag" bills being presented in the government to have teachers refrain from saying "Gay" or letting students know that this is a lifestyle. It is very controversial and this piece is about what we are allowed and not allowed to say in our public school systems. It encompases, also, the sensitivity of the Politically Correct movement and other taboos in America. The chalklike board image calls upon the viewer to confront the underbelly of American Society and what is deemed appropriate or inap-propriate language at any one time in history.
