My name is Liya Lapidus and I was born in 1990 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. I have a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Communication + PR at Fresenius Hochschule in Hamburg. From 2011 to 2013 I worked as a radio host, then between 2014 to 2017 I work to create by home brand and in 2018 I became Gurugirll. I spent six months in India where I obtained a yoga certification. I’m a pop artist and my idea of art is to create solution to change the society for the better. My desire is to light up and the empower the society through my artworks, that’s why my works are energic, full of colors and strong to see.
