Painting description- To work within the Theme of Philo-Poem I researched into a little bit of Ancient Greek Philosophy and mythology and found that trees where very symbolic and represented the centre of the world, eternal life and wisdom. I found this really interesting and wanted to use this idea and make it into my own unique and abstract/surreal creation.
