Roberta, born in Italy in 1989, has always used images as a direct reflection of her inner world. She started with charcoal and graphite as a self-taught artist when she was only a teenager, continuing to ex-periment until she introduced oil and acrylic colours into her artistic research. For her, creating is a vital process: painting is a way of building a bridge between the known and the unknown, between the mani-fest world and the dimension hidden from our gaze. Hers is a spiritual journey in which everyday life and imaginary visions blend.
