These paintings show my investigations of the figure and space it inhabits. The paintings are created by reconciling observation and inspiration. The emotions of figure are of importance and is a reoccurring theme in my work. The model and background create an each other’s emotional space. The paints and forms are played against each other as a reflection of this inner rapport.
