That sense of connection when you walk into an ancient woodland. That moment you stand so still because you can feel something observing you, then you meet eye to eye in stillness.
I learnt recently that Mycelium forms a 'wood wide web' of fungal connectivity below the surface of the ground linking the trees together in communion and cooperation. Es-tablished trees send water and nutrition to new saplings - a web of nurturing.
Imagine you could see this lit up under your feet.
I want to walk in the wood more consciously and respectfully than I do.
