Jo Lenz is a Berlin based author & poet. In December 2020, when she had been living in isolation for a few months due to the pandemic, she started painting watercolors to escape the depression of winter. With feelings like a child and the memory of them. Delighted with the soft-ness of wet brushes. She found that the flowing colors show her their faces and shapes. Jo has two grown children and has lived in an enchanted summer house since March 2021, where she picks up pen and brushes as soon as she gets up. There she also takes care of the homeless cats born there. If she has time, she walks with a camera, writes songs to her guitar or sews on an old mechanic machine. After many years in careers, she is now consciously living out her creativity and foregoing secure comfort.
