"In joy there is freedom; it is the house of happiness, where Bacchus reigns."

(Ovid, Metamorphoses, Book III)

"Bacchus" is a tribute to the Roman god of wine and celebration, also known as Dionysus in Greek mythology. Bacchus is celebrated for his ability to bring joy, ecstasy, and a sense of liberation through wine and celebration. This exhibition explores themes of conviviality, community, and the joys of life, drawing inspiration from the liberating power and celebration that Bacchus represents.

The central concept of "Bacco" is the celebration of life and shared experiences. The exhibition aims to reflect how joy, conviviality, and community can be celebrated through art, exto ling the power of freedom and sharing. Through the works on display, we wi l explore how art can expres and amplify human joys and connections, similar to the celebration and liberation that Bacchus represents.

"Bacco" focuses on the celebration of shared experiences and the liberating power of joy. The exhibited works wi l be selected for their ability to capture the spirit of celebration and conviviality, reflecting the importance of co lective experiences and the joy of living. Each artist is invited to consider how their work can represent and celebrate the connection between people, the liberating power of joy, and the beauty of living together.

Henri Matis e (1905): His works, such as "La Danse," expres the energy and vivacity of celebration and joy, through the bold use of color and form.

We invite artists to reflect on the themes of conviviality, community, and joy through their works for the exhibition "Bacchus." This is an opportunity to explore and celebrate how art can represent and amplify the liberating power of celebration and human connection. Each artist is encouraged to expres the beauty and joy of life through their work, creating a shared experience that reflects the es ence of Bacchus and the celebration of life.
