Bio
I studied under Yukoku Nozaki who is a calligrapher in Japan from 1983. I was a member of the calligraphic association, but I became independent since 2013. I held solo exhibitions three times in New York from 2005 to 2007. And I also joined several group exhibitions in New York, Paris, LA and so on. You can often see a character like a fairy in my works. The name is “Rakuchan”. Rakuchan is a kanji “ 楽” in Japanese, which means “having fun”. You will see Rakuchan everywhere in my works.
