At the beginning of the pandemic i also got a cancerdiagnose and the world suddenly seemed very dark and threatening. I then started to work on this painting knowing it had to be about bringing light into the
world, and i knew i had to paint with my fingers to really get into the materials. So i did, and the
prosess was liberating and life-giving.``
