Even as a child the italian artist Claudia Milello, born in Germany in 1977, started to express herself through painting. At the beginning oft the pandemic in 2020, she intensified her love for art and painting became one of her greatest passions. During this time she painted her first picture called „Vivere a colori“ („Living in colors“) which she dedicated to her son Davide Elia, who had brought color back into her life, after the passing of her beloved mother. To teach her son the most important values in life, is her greatest desire. To see difficult phases in life as an opportunity, with which one can grow and learn and never to lose the ability to see life in its fullest colors, is one of these values.“Whenever she paints she finds peace and gratitude. She only gets satisfied when, at the end of the painting, her mind is free and her hands are dirty“.

Through the abstract, intuitive and figurative art, i can bring out my inner self whenever i need to express or calm down myself emotionally. In those spiritual moments i can forget the world around me and dive into dimensions where i can be free from daily routine, devoid of any expections and social conventions. It´s a kind of magic.Also I am fascinated by the process of my own painting, I know what i am doing, but i don´t necessarily know where it will end up.“
