Born in 1971 in Washington DC (USA), of Iranian and Swiss nationality, I grew up in Iran from 1976 to 1997.
I took private lessons in drawing and painting from 1986 until 1995 and studied painting at the Faculty of Art and Architecture of the “Azad” University of Tehran from 1993 till 1997. I graduated with a Bachelor of Painting (BA) in 1998 when I returned from Cambodia.
After my marriage in 1997, I traveled and lived in Cambodia (1997-1998), Colombia (1999-2001), Cameroon (2002-2004), South Africa (2004-2006) and Madagascar (2007). Since 2008 I live in Geneva/ Switzerland.
