Pamela Ekström I started by studying realism and moved into surrealism and magic art, incorporating life’s lessons as philosophical sign posts to elevate consciousness. I believe in impossible dreams and having a visual window helps materialize them. I was born in Stockholm, Sweden and raised in Stockholm, New York and Mexico. I studied art in Paros, Greece, Tibet House, New Dehli, NY (NYU) and Mexico. My art reflects my experiences through my travels around the world and the unlocking of cultural and spiritual meaning that images can provoke. I presently live and paint in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
