Megan Bell I am a 22-year-old self-taught artist from the South East of England, I have been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember and love seeing the things I imagine come to life. I have been lucky enough to have lots of travel opportunities while growing up and I have always loved to be by the sea so living in the Channel Islands for the last few years and growing up with a family that love to explore has given me lots of inspiration and happy memories that I can bring to life and share with others. I studied art after I left school but found it hard to balance a work life with making time for my creative growth. I have recently been able to make the time to get back into it and I have had to re learn a lot of things that I never realised I would forget. I have been experimenting a lot with different colours, sizes, styles and mediums and have been really enjoying being reunited with my brushes; but I think acrylic on canvas will always be my go-to.
