A city stays in harmony when reflected red is from their creations and establishments. But a city lives in chaos when the red on the street is from the conflicts and instability. It’s up to the city to decide the future, to go on the path of sustainment or to choose the path of eradication. The charms of modern society are sustainable only when established on the foundation of harmony, otherwise it just becomes a chaotic experiment.
