Rosa is a self-taught, neurodivergent artist born into a lower-class family in Uruguay. Conceptual, contemporary, and pop art speak to Rosa the most. Corita Kent, Barbara Kruger, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Banksy, and Mark Rothko are her chief influences. Music also plays an important role in her artwork and in her life. It influences moods, ideas, colours, and shapes in her paintings. Her sensitivity makes her feel things deeply. While dealing with her own mind, she`s constantly questioning the human condition, the struggles of the world and our collective future. In her creative process, Rosa draws inspiration from her subconscious mind and the world around her. Through her work, she expresses her way of perceiving the world, her emotions, thoughts and passions.
