Martin Hildesheim was born and lives in Bremen, northern Germany.

His works are created with oil, charcoal, sanguine, pencil, acrylics and mainly with pastel.

Due to his constant work every day at school as a vocational educator, he no longer found the time to devote himself to painting, but since the beginning of 2021 he is back at the easel.
