Looking yonder describes what it means to see from a different perspective, to see things beyond what you are familiar with, not being too self-absorbed and opening up to new experiences that illuminates, which can also lead to a new discovery. It’s like experiencing new people and new ways, at the same time unlearning and relearning. Looking yonder is to let go of obsolete ideologies and systems that can be self-limiting and embracing that which brings better progress to us as individuals and as a society.
