This is a garden within a temple in Osaka, Japan. I visited it once with my classmate in senior high school, and I remember thinking it was so beautiful—so beautiful that I didn’t want to leave. I sat there quietly, simply looking at the garden, and it felt almost otherworldly, like something from an ancient temple lost in time. For a moment, it was as if time itself had stopped flowing.
