Nikita Belovs is a multidisciplinary artist born in Riga, Latvia, in 1995, and based in Berlin, Germany. His artworks are predominantly experimental in nature and largely intuitive as his creative process is based on few general ideas: exploration of his inner self, dreams, improvisation and power of momentum. There is spontaneity in the choice of medium and in the execution itself, sometimes using whatever happens to be in the studio. Currently, painting and photography are his primary mediums of choice. “I believe beauty is found in expression of inner mysteries, this is the voice that drives my observations and expression”- Nikita says. Additionally, his work process is tightly connected with emotions he experiences through music and sound synthesis.
