Mikoláš Klír was born in 1990 in Prague, Czech Republic. He graduated from the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Turnov, where he studied artistic metal casting. In the following years he also studied aesthetics, art education and geography. Nowadays he focuses mainly on oil painting and sculpture. In his work, he often uses motifs of a human figure, landscape elements and various symbols. In his work he applies elements of symbolism, surrealism and romanticism. „My work is the result of various impressions and perceptions and the subsequent ideas of the scenery, built on the basis of these elements and the urge to express these constructs, which are very difficult to describe verbally. What I love most about art is that I can live whatever I can imagine. Nothing is impossible in this world,” he says. He has had several solo exhibitions and some of his works are published in ART ANTHOLOGY IV Madrid 2022 edition, curated by Guto Ajayu Culture.
