Olya Lane is a self-taught oil painter, based in Houston, Texas.
She was born and grew up in Russia, and was passionate about painting and drawing since young age. But decided to pursue other interests later in life.
After moving to US and trying to find her purpose in life, she got a sign from the universe and was being guided to paint.

She enjoys painting various subjects, but she is more focused on painting landscapes and seascapes in oils. Inspiration comes to her from many beautiful places this world has to offer and she hopes her work encourages viewers to remember how amazing our earth is.
Olya’s hope is that her work encourages viewers to become more conscious of our true relationship with nature and wildlife that surround us everyday.
