TITLE : The Winter Is Never Kind

CONCEPT/TECHNIQUE -This was intended as a reflection during the colder periods where the focus turned from the landscape change of weathering to the human change from weathering. Composed on an unstretched canvas this is a mix of oil paint and pastel, acrylic paint and spray paint and multiple gesso layers for texture, up close this painting feels as unique as it looks due to the gesso build up in the darker areas giving the painting an undeniable depth.-
