After completing my master's degree in Chinese philosophy (Wang Yang Ming) at a Chinese graduate school, I developed my own method of practicing Zen, applying the originally developed theory of Chinese philosophy as the content of my practice, and I use it in my daily life to enjoy the state of enlightenment while nurturing the beauty of the East. Wang Yang Ming teaches the importance of following the reason of the mind and carry-ing oneself forward, and warns against the danger of being blinded by external reason. Wang Yang Ming and Zen share the same core of fundamental importance, and so I continue to immerse myself in Zen practice, while maintaining the motivation to return to the original nature of the self. I am truly happy now, being kept alive by the Buddha Dharma while going through a time of searching for my true self. May the blessings of the Buddha be with you.
