At FUORI E-VENTO Ozlem Sogut presents "This is Love," an oil on canvas. The artwork depicts a young woman half-length portrayed whose gaze is turned toward a distant point behind. Depicted in an extremely realistic way, she has a proud and powerful attitude, and this energy is emanating outside of her in the bands of golden light that envelop and illuminate her. She looks like a divine vision, a representation of a strong and energetic woman but at the same time delicate, as indicated by the white flowers on the lower right, a symbol of purity. Ozlem's art is extremely powerful and aims to engage the viewer in a whirlwind of emotions because, as she says, "In my paintings I want to touch people's feelings, because emotions guide our lives and contain all the realities of the human condition."
