Description
When the winds blow strong in a person's life and problems beyond our control often rage, the only thing to do is to resist. Resist by staying still. Resisting is a form of sacrifice. You resist for your loved ones, for your loved ones and for yourself. In this painting I wanted to depict how despite the difficulties that we all may encounter, we always manage to move forward. The sharp strokes of cold colors represent the various forms of difficulties, anxieties and fears. The bright and vivid red that explodes and makes its way represents our inner strength. That strength that comes out even if we don't know we have it.
