Yukari
Artist
Bio
She resides in Japan, where her life journey has woven together a rich tapestry of personal dedication and professional transformation.
Before becoming an artist, she raised four children, worked in banking sales, and later served as a certified care worker. Seeking a path that could heal both body and mind, she eventually embraced aromatherapy and opened her own practice, an experience that reconnected her with her inner self.
In 2021, as a self-taught artist, she held her first solo exhibition.
From the very beginning, she chose to paint with her palms, allowing her heart and soul to flow directly onto the canvas. Her works capture the emotions and energies of the moment, expressed with raw sincerity and intuitive gesture.
She has since participated in numerous group exhibitions across Japan, including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Nagoya.
In 2024, her work was shown at a national art museum in Japan, where she received the Dynamic Contemporary Artist Award, a recognition of her expressive power and distinctive approach.
In 2025, her artistic path will extend internationally: she is set to exhibit at ART Shopping at the Louvre in Paris, and to present original works in Los Angeles.
Her journey will continue in 2026 with a special exhibition in Paris commemorating the 100th anniversary of Claude Monet’s birth.
She is also scheduled to present her photographic works at national art museums in both Tokyo and Kyoto.
Her paintings often evoke profound responses: viewers speak openly of their innermost feelings, sometimes moved to tears, offering her words of newfound strength and clarity.
Guided by the belief that art can lead humanity toward love and peace, she paints with the intention of transmitting that message.
She wishes to share with the world her conviction that when we learn to truly love ourselves first, the love that overflows naturally extends to others, radiating outward, from one heart to many.
