Alla Struchaieva Alla Struchaieva was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine in 1974. She has had a strong creative impulse since her childhood. She perfected her art by studying the contradiction between form and function that is revealed through the basic law of dialectics: the law of unity and the struggle of opposites. Creating has helped her better understand the surrounding world. Alla is a practising ICF coach, has run a company with more than 250 staff for over 19 years and is a happy mother of three wonderful children. Every day she has meetings, conferences, training, and so on; this allows her to observe both the differences and similarities between all people. Moreover, Alla is a person, who cares about her constant self-development and devotes a lot of time to her studying. Thus, except the specialist ’ s degree at the Kharkiv University, she also graduated from MBA, The Open University, England, Women Digital Academy (Google), MIM LINK courses, Management and Leadership (Arizona State University) and many others self-development programs. Alla believes that everything begins from our inner state and the world inside us, that ’ s why she also pays attention to spiritual development. In addition, she is a certificated instructor of fitness and yoga classes, who plays Tibetan singing bowls and hapi drum. Such an active life position strongly contributes to the artist ’ s creative process, as her artworks are addressed to the eternal race for the contemporary ideal of success. Alla wants to show how the world has endless opportunities for all of us but in order to find them in the outer world, we should begin our search inward. Alla is also greatly inspired by nature, which is palpable in her body of work, and adore travelling. She is amazed at the diversity of our planet and finds answers for the questions of world order there. In each of her paintings, she writes not only with a brush, but also with her soul. Struchaieva uses a variety of materials and tools in her creative process, which allows her to add depth to her pallet and style, and create texture. Her abstract pieces display her skill in conveying emotion and implying scenery and subjects through orientation and structure. Dreamy and moving, her paintings feel like they are naturally occurring glimpses of the natural world, powerful, free and unencumbered by human presence. They inspire, heal, attract and encourage.
