Sanbelo, whose real name is Sandra Becerril Lopez was born and lives in Belgium. She is self-taught and she practices acrylic painting and collage in an intuitive way. This practice allows her to access a new awareness of herself, to be in the present moment and to reflect on the world. For her, art soothes the soul of those who observe an artwork and of those who create it. It frees the gaze from the fright of the night, heals the wounds caused by our voluntary acts.
